First aid support is an integral part of a healthy and safe school environment. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Wellbeing Health Care Team as a First Aid Officer, providing critical care services to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first aid support to students during school hours
  • Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement first aid procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and treatment provided

As a First Aid Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of students. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide support and assistance when needed. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or certificate in first aid
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
• Flexibility and adaptability

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience working with children in a similar role
• Knowledge of first aid policies and procedures
• Ability to use first aid equipment and supplies effectively

The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the health care team, teachers, and other staff members to ensure the well-being and safety of students.
