Customer Service Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Murwillumbah.

This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to have Australian working rights, a current police clearance certificate, and be available to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
