Job Title: Senior Cost Manager

Job Summary:
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead the delivery of projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project finances, developing fee proposals, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project finances, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and present fee proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, including cost management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to business growth through participation in business development activities, such as sales meetings and proposal development.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Cost Manager and Senior Cost Manager, preferably in the commercial developer and fit-out sectors.
  • MRICS or MAIQS qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop creative solutions.
