Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Obsolescence Support Officer to provide strategic guidance on triaging CN14 obsolescence items and developing harvesting plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Triage CN14 obsolescence items as they arise, providing recommendations for action.
  • Assist in activities to develop CN14 harvesting plans based around MHC obsolescence priorities.
  • Support the management of higher-level materiel inventory, including purchase to payment processes, cataloguing, and codification.
  • Contribute to ERP preparations, as directed by PSM, to ensure compliance with MILIS cataloguing requirements.
  • Manage and administer inventory management systems, interpreting data and reports to provide solutions to inventory activity and issues.
  • Respond to ad-hoc tasking as directed by the PSM and A/PSM.
Requirements
  • High-level access and experience in MILIS.
  • Obsolescence planning and management expertise.
  • Defence ILS environment experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Current Baseline (or Higher) Security Clearance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
