Lohn

Der durchschnittliche Lohn für einen Junior Engineer Machine Learning in Coburg beträgt etwa 70.000 bis 80.000 Euro pro Jahr.

Aufgaben

  • Anwenden von modernen Machine Learning Engineering Workflows auf praktische Unternehmensanforderungen
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und fortlaufende Aktualisierung von Machine Learning und Deep Learning Services
  • Kontinuierliche betriebliche Begleitung der entwickelten Services
  • Learning by Doing: Skillaufbau mittels Rotation durch unterschiedliche Projekte / Bereiche und Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Scientists
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Spezialisierung als Machine Learning Engineer
  • Teamarbeit in einem kreativen, motivierten, interdisziplinären sowie agilen Team aus Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers und Fach- sowie IT-Expert:innen zur Integration von Machine-Learning- und Deep-Learning-Lösungen in unsere Produkte

Erforderte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Master) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Informatik, Physik, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Starke Programmierkenntnisse in Python und theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in Machine Learning Engineering und MLOps-Techniken und -Tools
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der betrieblichen Begleitung von Machine Learning oder Deep Learning basierten Services
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte klar zu vermitteln
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Bereitschaft, Ownership für Projekte und Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
