HPC Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a High Performance Computing (HPC) Operations Specialist. This role involves providing front-line operational support for 24/7 Linux HPC environments, solving complex problems, and collaborating with our research community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational support for HPC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Solve problem reports and questions posed by the research community, escalating as needed and managing the entire problem lifecycle.
- Participate in large-scale maintenance operations, including evenings and weekends.
- Work on global projects across a wide range of infrastructure.
- Develop and implement tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience with Linux systems.
- Experience with high performance computing is a plus.
- Strong programming skills and ability to learn additional languages quickly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mid-Senior level
