Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer with expertise in ground improvement techniques to lead and manage projects from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of geotechnical principles, hands-on experience with ground improvement methods, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ground improvement projects ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of ground improvement techniques such as CMC, piling, grouting, and soil mixing to develop effective solutions tailored to project-specific requirements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients understanding their needs and providing expert guidance to achieve optimal project outcomes.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering is crucial.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project engineering and/or management within the ground improvement sector with specific expertise in techniques such as CMC, piling, grouting, jet grouting, and soil mixing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and hands-on experience with ground improvement, grouting, and deep foundations methods.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on efficiency, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
