Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven individual to drive excellence in our day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team through mentorship and support, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensuring all operational aspects of our company policies are adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
- Maintaining customer service levels to guarantee delivery requirements are achieved, exceeding customer expectations.
- Daily planning, allocation, and staff rostering, ensuring seamless operations.
- Driving initiatives to maintain and improve our Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) program, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Working closely with our Logistics team to ensure a high standard of customer service, meeting and exceeding customer needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven success in leading teams, with a track record of achieving results.
- Have intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to prepare reports and analyze data.
- Be a creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving capacity, able to overcome day-to-day hurdles.
- Have experience supervising a team of 12 staff across both AM/PM shifts.
