Job Overview

We are seeking two junior and two senior employees to join our team. Successful candidates will be physically fit, have a positive attitude towards customer service, and be able to lift heavy objects safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by assisting customers sort recyclable products and provide correct refunds.
  • Sort recyclable items into correct categories and transport them to storage areas via forklift or manual handling.
  • Ensure customers feel welcome and assisted with their recycling products to inspire repeat business.

Our ideal candidate will have previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, excel in Microsoft Office skills, and possess a valid forklift ticket (although this is not essential).

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Forklift operation certification (desired but not required).
