Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for products and creating memorable moments
Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and offerings
Ensure stock is available on shelves to provide the best choices for customers
Maintain a safe and clean store environment for customers and teammates
Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
Be yourself and contribute to a positive team culture
About You / Qualifications
Confidently talk with customers to provide an engaging experience
Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
Desire to grow your career within the business
Active lifestyle; comfortable on your feet
Willingness to contribute positively in any role you grow into
