Core Responsibilities:
Supervise and Develop Team Members: As a key member of our team, you will be expected to supervise and encourage a small team of pharmacists and supporting staff, promoting their growth and development.
Community Pharmacy Experience: We require a minimum of two or three years' experience in community pharmacy, with a strong focus on dispensary duties and health checks.
Critical Communication Skills: The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other healthcare professionals.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: You must have the ability to work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all aspects of your work.
