Job Description

This role is responsible for designing and developing technical solutions that meet project and business requirements.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for creating and managing technical design artefacts, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions are viable and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design innovative solutions that meet project and business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with functional and non-functional testers to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with experts, partners, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are consistent and viable.
  • Create and manage technical design artefacts, including requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications for vendors and testers to follow.


Required Skills and Qualifications

System Analysis and Integration Experience

  • Proven experience in systems analysis, integration, and troubleshooting, with exposure to various workflow applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration services is a plus.
  • Experience working with user interface interacting systems.
  • Experience working across lending systems, including Lend Fast and PEGA.
