We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic assistant kitchen staff member to join our Montana Aged Care Home in Mosman. This role will involve working closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality catering services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- To assist the head chef and kitchen staff in preparing and serving meals to our residents;
- To maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times;
- To adhere to all relevant food safety guidelines and regulations;
- To work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth service delivery;
- To contribute to maintaining positive relationships with our residents, families, and visitors.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction;
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg) and stand for long periods;
- Familiarity with food preparation and presentation techniques;
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
