Job Title

We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service professionals to join our organization as License Testing Officers in Regional Suburbs VIC. This is a full-time opportunity with real potential for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the testing and assessment process, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for learner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Learner Drivers by accompanying them on approved routes
  • Conduct pre-determined assessments using standard documents
  • Record assessment results upon return to the office
  • Work between 20-38 hours per week on a monthly roster
  • Be available on-call until 9:30 AM on non-rostered weekdays

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in seated and standing positions
  • Capacity to sit for prolonged periods
  • Flexibility to travel between different sites based on the roster
