Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Visual Communications Specialist with photography skills and a sharp eye for style to lead our visual content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Content Creation: Design bold, on-brand creative across all platforms from social and email to lookbooks and print that drive clicks, conversions, and customer engagement.
  2. Photoshoots and Retouching: Take charge of photoshoots from concept to final edit – directing scenes, shooting, and retouching imagery to deliver clean, powerful visuals that elevate our products and campaigns.
  3. E-commerce and Campaign Visuals: Design with purpose – creating e-commerce banners, landing pages, and ad content that not only looks great but drives clicks, conversions, and customer engagement.
  4. Brand Storytelling: Turn creative briefs into visuals that speak to our audience. You'll help communicate brand values, capture attention, and build emotional connections through design.
  5. Design Innovation: Keep us on the cutting edge by exploring the latest design trends and smart tools. You'll bring fresh ideas and innovation to the table, always pushing creative boundaries.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in graphic design + photography
  • A strong portfolio that shows both style and versatility
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social-first content
  • Experience in fashion/lifestyle design is a big bonus
  • Obsessed with detail and always on brand
