Job Title

We are seeking a talented visual communication specialist to help bring our clients' ideas to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team of designers and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality marketing materials, including eye-catching brochures, POS, adverts, web banners, and social content.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be proactive, and have a unique combination of creativity and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and rolling out various marketing materials that meet our clients' brand expectations;
  • Maintaining accurate and easily accessible design assets;
  • Providing support to the studio team with their daily projects;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
  • A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Reliability and a solid work ethic.

Bonus points will be awarded if you possess:

  • Experience in a design role, preferably with 2-3 years' experience;
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality;
  • A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and take initiative;
  • Full working rights in Australia.
