Salary: $70,000-$120,000+ superannuation + generous benefits package

About the Role

This key position involves working closely with an experienced special counsel to manage legal cases from start to finish, focusing primarily on CTP/motor vehicle accidents (approximately 60%) and public liability/TPD (approximately 40%). Your Qualifications and Skills
  • A paralegal nearing graduation or a law graduate undertaking PLT/College of Law; OR an admitted lawyer in NSW
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in personal injury law, including 1.5 years in CTP (NSW), preferably with public liability and/or TPD experience
  • Solid understanding of relevant NSW CTP legislation and court practice/procedure, some litigation experience, and strong communication and people skills
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
