Electrical Installation Specialist Wanted

As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless electrical installations for our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with clients through various mediums to guarantee exceptional installation outcomes.
You will also support internal teams by providing product information and training to maintain top-notch service standards.
Additionally, you will troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently using your electrical expertise, type confidently, and communicate with empathy and clarity to turn frustrations into wins.
Key qualities we are looking for include staying calm under pressure, adapting quickly, and juggling tasks like a pro. You should be a qualified sparky, licensed in Australia or NZ, with excellent organizational skills, IT comfort level, and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Qualified Sparky: Licensed in Australia or NZ
- Detail Ninja: Organized and on top of things, from inboxes to client follow-ups
