Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Associate to support our day-to-day operations. This role will be responsible for client care and onboarding functions, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the on-boarding process for new clients, counterparties and intermediaries.
  • Perform AML/CTF checks and KYC due diligence.
  • Assist with security and client static data maintenance.
  • Ensure sign-off and control around all static data changes with relevant approvals.
  • Prepare and distribute client documentation and take ownership of client queries.
  • Answer client queries on the phone and by email by monitoring the team inbox.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of standard processes across the team.
  • Coordinate seminars, training events and ad hoc tasks where required.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to build their knowledge and capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in financial services (preferably banking) or client services.
  • Tertiary degree in business or other associated disciplines.
  • Enthusiasm and a helpful attitude.
  • Comfort with autonomy and new tasks.
  • An interest in learning new tasks and skills.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent people skills, with a willingness to exceed client expectations.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a high-paced environment while delivering high-quality output.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutions.
