Procurement Specialist Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with experience in civil construction, looking for a long-term, stable office-based position while staying connected to project delivery and field operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple civil project teams with procurement and material coordination
  • Complete take-offs for site works including water, sewer, and stormwater
  • Raise and manage purchase orders in line with site needs
  • Liaise directly with suppliers, subcontractors, and crew leaders
  • Assist with general administrative tasks where required

You will work closely with pipe crews to ensure jobs run smoothly, coordinating materials, issuing purchase orders, and assisting with take-offs for civil works.

Requirements
  • A background in civil construction, ideally on-site or in a project support role
  • Understanding of how pipe crews operate and ability to communicate with them
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests at once
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with internal and external teams
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and general admin systems
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
