Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned design leader to oversee the development of our platform's user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX and product design, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a clear UX strategy, developing design processes that align with our product and business goals, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to define scope and prioritize user problems.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in UX/product design, including senior or leadership roles in startups or fast-paced product environments.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both hands-on design execution and strategic influence across product lifecycles.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions.
