Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical equipment.

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis investigations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive work scopes for major equipment repairs using fitness for service approaches.
  • Implement improvements and drive them to successful completion.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, reliability, heavy industry or plant engineering.
  • A strong understanding of risk management, quality improvement and reliability excellence processes.
  • The ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proven track record in proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.
