Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Specialist.

  • Picking and packing local and international orders
  • Goods receipting, dispatch, and freight management
  • Loading and unloading with up to 8-tonne forklift
  • Providing internal and external customer support
  • Stock management and bin location maintenance
  • Monitoring consumables/packaging levels and raising requisitions when required
  • Unloading containers and shipments
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conducting stocktakes and maintaining warehouse housekeeping

About You:

To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess:

  • A dogging ticket (desirable)
  • Pronto ERP experience (desirable)
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to occupational health and safety
  • The ability to work autonomously, prioritize your workload, and handle pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
