Job Summary

As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met on our Hydro Power Plant construction project.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our site quality management efforts. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with the site installation team to guarantee that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the site installation team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of all quality-related activities.
  • Quality Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the site quality plan in line with the contract and company policies, fostering a commitment to quality within the site team.
  • Inspections and Testing: Ensure all QA/QC inspections and testing follow the Quality Plan and assist with inspections as per Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), coordinating tests with specialized service providers.
  • Auditing and Monitoring: Perform site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications: University education in QA/QC and certification according to quality standards.
  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in a senior or management-level position, preferably in the oil and gas sector or hydro power plant construction projects.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, standards, and best practices; IWE qualification preferred.
  • ISO 9001 Compliance: Proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.
