Key Skills and Qualifications
  • High level of interpersonal communication and organisational skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple priorities and work with diverse groups.
  • Disability, Health, or Employment sector experience is highly valued, providing a strong foundation for this role.
  • Ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Awareness of vulnerabilities to employment and the effects of unemployment, allowing you to develop targeted solutions.
  • Effective, positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, promoting a constructive and respectful work environment.
  • Hold a current Working With Vulnerable People Check (reimbursement provided upon commencement if successful), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to obtain a police check (arranged through MAX), maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
