  • Develop and implement kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menus that showcase our commitment to global cuisine trends
  • Manage kitchen budgets, food, and labor costs to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with our team members, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement continuous learning and improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef in a premium a-la-carte restaurant
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Passion for global cuisine trends and commitment to quality and consistency
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and opening and closing shifts
