About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Manager to join our team at QBE Insurance Group. As a key member of our Actuarial team, you will be responsible for providing actuarial valuation and portfolio insights for our Australian Packages, Property and Motor products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge across a wide range of products, including actuarial valuation and portfolio insights.
  • Lead the career progression of Actuarial Analysts through effective leadership and development.
  • Collaborate with the Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Business functions to provide actionable insights that drive portfolio performance.
  • Develop forward-looking projections for budgets and reforecasts.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Actuarial professional with a strong background in General Insurance, preferably including leadership positions. You will have a demonstrated stakeholder engagement skill with a strategic mindset and a constant improvement mindset.
