Dynamic Talent Acquisition Expert

The role involves devising end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top performers. This pivotal position demands speed and agility while championing inclusivity and quality.

This position will be based in North Sydney and report to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager for the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Develop innovative strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber performers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Build relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to meet short and long-term needs.
  • Partner with an employer branding team to build awareness in the markets you support.
  • Work effectively as a trusted advisor with leaders across the business.
Key Performance Indicators
  • At least 3-4 years of multiple discipline recruiting experience.
  • A proven track record of direct sourcing candidates at all levels.
  • Experience working in high-growth and preferably SaaS global organizations.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • You are independent and self-motivated to bring new ideas/new ways to reach top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
