The successful candidate will deliver training programs, provide expert guidance, and support participants in enhancing their employability within the local job market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster meaningful connections with diverse groups, motivating and encouraging participants to reach their full potential.
  2. Design and deliver adult training sessions, adapting methods to cater to individual needs.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local labour market and showcase effective job-search strategies.
  4. Develop strong IT and administrative skills to support the delivery of high-quality services.
  5. Exhibit a positive attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm to drive participant success and achievement of employment outcomes.
  6. Proven track record of delivering results, meeting KPIs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Familiarity with the Employment Services industry is highly desirable.
