Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and engaging professional to join our team as a Career Transition Assistance Facilitator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals aged 45 and over in building confidence, developing skills, and achieving employment outcomes through the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that cater to adult learners, adapting methods to meet participant needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse groups, motivating and encouraging participants to achieve their goals.
  • Provide guidance on successful job-search strategies and ensure participants have the necessary knowledge and skills to secure employment.
  • Utilize IT and administrative skills to support the effective delivery of the CTA program.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve results, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering exceptional customer service.
