Rail Maintainer Level 2 - Hornsby (Up to 12 Months Temporary Opportunity)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform modification and upgrade works to passenger trains.
- Contribute directly to the ongoing performance, reliability, availability and safety of the Sydney Trains fleet.
- Inspect, maintain, overhaul, and repair systems, equipment and components.
- Focus on attending to defective passenger cars at the maintenance centre.
- Support efficient operations and minimising service disruptions through customer service-related tasks.
About You:
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Have experience in a similar field or a trade background.
- Hold a Trade qualification in (Electrical or Mechanical) with a certificate of proficiency.
