Capital Markets Technology Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Capital Markets technology initiatives. This is a key role that requires strong business acumen and technical expertise.

  • Strong background in business development, sales, or services delivery with experience in the Capital Markets industry.
  • 10+ years of technology-related enterprise solutions experience, including sales, business development, or services delivery.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Capital Markets workflow or value chains, and related technologies.

This position will play a critical role in driving top line growth and overall end-customer adoption across the Capital Markets industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading tactical and strategic initiatives to deliver innovative solutions to the Capital Markets industry in areas ranging from front/middle office, trading, risk management, clearing & settlement and asset servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing market development strategies, including conducting discovery assessments, generating market assessments and business cases, and developing go-to-market programs.
  • Owning or creating market development strategies, including conducting discovery assessments, generating market assessments and business cases, and developing go-to-market programs.
  • Direct professional services or consulting experience in large-scale transformation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-related interactions (presentations, building relationships, structuring and providing program oversight, working with partners, statements of work/commercial exposure, business case creation and presentation, and technical pre-sales).
  • Demonstrated understanding of Capital Markets workflow or value chains, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of the top ISVs and SIs in the Capital Markets industry and their relevant offerings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years direct experience in owning or creating market development strategies including: conducting discovery assessments, generating market assessments and business cases, and developing go-to-market programs.
  • Cloud sales or solutions development experience.
