About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our discerning guests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
  • Provide warm and attentive service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions.
  • Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
  • Handle transactions accurately and professionally, maintaining a seamless guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Requirements

  • An up-to-date RSA certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A can-do attitude with smart solutions.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from AU$40,000 to AU$60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to exclusive staff discounts and benefits.
