D365 Enterprise Solution Designer

This is a highly specialized role that involves designing and implementing Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the D365 CE platform, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and scalable, secure solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategy.
- Work with business leaders, IT teams, and partners to gather requirements, facilitate alignment, and ensure consensus on architectural decisions.
- Assess emerging technologies and trends, recommend tools aligned with architectural principles and roadmaps, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
- Lead architecture solution implementation, overseeing design, development, and deployment to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide project teams, review technical designs, ensure compliance with best practices, stay updated on Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform, and manage vendor technical deliverables.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Proven track record as a solution architect or technical lead in large-scale CRM projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
