Tele-Interview Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tele-Interview Consultant to join our team. As a Tele-Interview Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality tele service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform tele interview and tele underwriting calls as required, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to all retail enquiries pertaining to tele underwriting and tele interviews, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Plan, organise and balance tele interview schedules to ensure that all work is completed to agreed service levels and quality standards.
- Regularly participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share knowledge and best practices, and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Assist with project work, system and user acceptance testing, procedural reviews, and process improvement initiatives as required.
- Engage in creating a supportive team environment, actively sharing skills and knowledge to enhance team performance.
- 12 months underwriting administration or tele-underwriting experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service-based role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Medical terminology or related health experience is highly desirable.
