About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant in our Gepps Cross store.

Job Description
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote and grow our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and surpass personal sales targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Support fellow team members to ensure seamless operation and attainment of business objectives.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the store through effective merchandising and housekeeping practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in sales or retail.
  • Superb communication skills, enabling genuine connections with customers and colleagues alike.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, driving results-oriented performance.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, including higher rates on weekends and public holidays. Additionally, we provide generous team member discounts, on-site parking, uniform and laundry allowance, and the opportunity to purchase shares through the Beacon Lighting share scheme.
