**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a **Sales & Design Team Member** to join the collaborative team based in our Gepps Cross** **store - reporting to the Store Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Designing and selling of Stratco products including Patio, Garage, Shed, Fencing and Hardware sales
- Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
- Commitment to continual growth and learning by participating in training and personal development sessions
- Collaboration with team members, other stores, departments and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Essential** - Computer and data entry skills
- ** Essential** - Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- ** Desirable -** Demonstrated estimating/drafting/design background with some exposure to CAD programs
- ** Desirable** - Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
- Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart

**This is a full-time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays and Sundays.**
