Culinary Professionals Wanted

We are seeking skilled, passionate culinary professionals to join our dynamic team at a resort located in a stunning coastal setting. The resort features over 370 stylish rooms, a pool, water activities, and diverse dining options.

At our restaurant, you will work alongside a dedicated team to craft bold, authentic cuisine from fresh seafood to traditional favorites. As part of a leading hospitality group, you will have access to world-class training, career growth opportunities, and the chance to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced restaurant or event settings and be able to work across multiple kitchens and outlets contributing to various services including à la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place, and large-scale banquets.

A relevant trade qualification and previous experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen environments are essential. A strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance is also required.

You will be a service-focused individual with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is a must.
