Clinical Leader for Aboriginal Foster Care

As a senior therapeutic case manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing culturally informed support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in foster care.
Your key responsibilities will include managing complex caseloads, ensuring compliance with out-of-home care programs, and working alongside a healing team to provide therapeutic and culturally informed support to carers.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in direct case work, mentorship, training, and supporting audits and leadership teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of Aboriginal children and families.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to advocate on behalf of Aboriginal children and families
