About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting children in their early years. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with children to create engaging and educational experiences that promote their well-being.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Contribute to a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education to children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's values and educational philosophy.
Requirements
  • Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, or ACECQA Equivalent (or working towards).
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Knowledge and understanding of child care industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months to Kindergarten in a play-based learning environment.
  • Effective workplace communication skills.
