Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Kirwan Burnda Street. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also contributing to the development of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to improve our educational programs
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
