The risk analyst will investigate suspicious behaviors, design effective risk strategies, and develop controls that protect users while blocking malicious actors.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze fraud cases, suspicious transactions, and user behaviors to identify emerging threats.
  • Perform feature mining and deep analysis of scam patterns to inform risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement controls to prevent fraudulent activity and protect users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen platform security and enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Risk Management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.
  • Background in finance, banking, or related industries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Familiarity with blockchain tracking tools is a plus.
