The Role: Crèche Manager
  • Supervise children and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Oversee check-in/check-out processes, adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Manage, support and train crèche staff to deliver exceptional care and service
  • Coordinate staff rosters and shift schedules
  • Lead team meetings and present updates during regular team catch-ups
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance
  • Address customer concerns and escalations professionally
  • Maintain high standards of crèche cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and staff qualifications
  • Report incidents and maintain relevant documentation
  • Develop and implement effective crèche policies and procedures
  • Delegate tasks efficiently across the team
