We are seeking a seasoned UX/UI designer to join our Research and Design team.
Key Responsibilities:- Crafting user-centered design solutions that address complex challenges while aligning with organizational goals (OKRs).
- Driving design activities, pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking and forging new methodologies to navigate intricate design issues.
- Designing and leading workshops that foster ideation and iteration, whether working with small teams or large groups, and regardless of whether the collaboration is remote or in-person.
As an instrumental player, you'll be pivotal in shaping and advancing our design standards. You'll work alongside Business Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Designers to tackle problems and strategically prioritize design activities and research.
You'll translate research findings into compelling narratives and share them with diverse audiences through detailed reports and persuasive presentations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for creating innovative design solutions.
