The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester to join our Agile software development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and performance of our software products. Your expertise will drive product confidence, ensure timely project delivery, and uphold our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure thorough software testing.
  • Manage and execute testing environments, including setup and configuration of testing tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to discuss test events, outcomes, and improvements.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate testing results and recommendations.
  • Assist with requirements management, defect analysis, and reporting, ensuring seamless communication with project teams.
  • Escalate issues to the Software Tech Lead or Project Manager as necessary.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in software testing, including test strategy development, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes, testing methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to manage and run testing environments, including setup and configuration of testing tools and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience in liaising with development teams, testers, and engineers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a preventive approach to problems.
