Service Coordinator Role
\We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Coordinator to be the link between our customers and our field service team.
\This is a full-time role that involves being the first point of contact for service and warranty enquiries, responding fast, finding faults, and offering smart solutions.
\The successful candidate will also schedule and prioritise jobs for our Field Technicians to keep everything flowing smoothly, process warranty claims, and liaise with suppliers for quick resolutions.
\They will provide clear product advice and quotes to customers, track job progress, and support internal teams with technical insights.
\As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving improvements across systems, service quality, and customer experience.
\To be successful in this role, you will need experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer support.
\You will also need strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, great communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
\Tech-savvy is also essential, with confidence using Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, and Office 365 preferred.
\A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability are highly valued in this role.
