About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Portfolio Manager to join our team at Cushman Wakefield Multifamily. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client facilities, providing expert advice on maintenance and repairs, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of client properties, including routine inspections and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including facilities managers, account managers, and other teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery and optimal pricing.
  • Play a proactive role in developing and maintaining effective processes and procedures, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in facilities management or a related field, with expertise in property maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance.
