This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Facilities Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in driving contractor performance, planning, prioritizing, and managing administrative and operational activities while pursuing efficiencies in facilities management across our sites.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement throughout the organisation. This includes developing forward-thinking maintenance and capital expenditure strategies, incorporating sustainable best practices, including ESD. Your contributions will shape the future of facilities operations while driving impactful change across our office, depots, and network property assets.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with relevant qualifications at degree level and/or experience in facilities (or similar) management and Certificate III in a relevant trade.

Key requirements include knowledge and expertise in asset management principles and their application to facility management, minor works projects, and relevant legislation, policies, and standards. A high level of expertise in document preparation, written and verbal communication skills, organisational, and time management skills is essential. Additionally, a cooperative approach to working in a team is required.
