Job Role Overview

Liquor team members are an integral part of creating a welcoming, inclusive and responsible store environment. They play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers by sharing knowledge about our products and services.
  • Advocate for loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings.
  • Maintain stock levels to provide customers with a wide range of choices.
  • Evaluate and maintain a safe and clean store environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines.
  • Be a positive contributor to the team and support the growth and development of colleagues.
