Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and support at our Welcome Centers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers, process transactions accurately, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and assist with various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and helpful interactions with customers to promote positive experiences.
  • Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products.
  • Assist in kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment.
  • Actively offer additional services and products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of available products and services.
  • Follow brand standards, food safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
  • Previous experience with customer service and cash handling preferred.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Requires ability to read, comprehend, and converse comfortably with customers.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
